preferential treatment pool access
the location was convenient to the marina. there were shops and restaurants nearby. the grounds were also well kept.
i found some inconsistencies with pool access. one day, our kids were told inflatables weren't allowed. another day, it was fine. it seemed some guests received preferential treatment. this.

The staff are amazing! Their helpfulness and professional attitude. The restaurant staff were always attentive. The bar staff were amazing. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Our room overlooked the pool area and needed no stairs or a lift because it was only a short walk to the entrance. The layout of the room offered generous space and a balcony perfect. The room felt special..

The hotel is situated perfectly. The marina has bars and restaurants, so there is plenty to choose from. A walk of thirty minutes takes you to the side of PB and the Papagayo beaches are also thirty minutes away.

The hotel management and staff. Checking in was easy, and they assisted us in locating our room and helped with the luggage. They care for other guests regardless of age or trying to manage little ones.

I loved the adult-only club area, because it has a swim-up bar and fantastic views. There is plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy a whirlpool. There were plenty of sunbeds available to position ourselves for the view.

pool closure strict attendant
the breakfast buffet offered a good selection.
this was disappointing because the alternative pools were much smaller and more crowded. additionally, the pool attendant was unnecessarily strict about reserving sunbeds. It seemed like management wasn't really considering families anymore.

i enjoyed the hotel's location near the marina. i easily accessed restaurants and bars. the staff were helpful and pleasant. the pools provided ample space for relaxation.
the pools were not heated in june, and the water was cold. the pool bar offered a basic lunch menu. the room fittings were pretty basic. i found this disappointing.

Golden Anniversary Joy
great staff kind gesture
Upon arrival, great reception staff welcomed us and a porter took our luggage. A glass of bubbly started our holiday well. The room included a bottle of champagne, a banner, balloons, and free gifts which was appreciated.
Sun beds by the pool are uncomfortable. The beds lack sufficient cushioning and I found this disappointing. I think the hotel should invest in more comfortable loungers.

Staff work hard and keep tables clear at all times. Guests were greeted with a smile and taken to a table. Staff always asked about drinks. This organization made it easy.
